Satisfaction Guarantee At Paulina Otero Designs L.L.C., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit.

Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

  • (Optional: Final sale items cannot be returned).

Damaged or Fragile Items Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Since some of our items are fragile, damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us at pauoterodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a label was provided by us).

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, simply contact us at pauoterodesigns@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
